Here at Shalom Farms & Olive U Standard Poodles we are a family run business. We pride ourselves in breeding to the breed standard. Our poodles come from generations of top bloodlines. Our poodles are both beautiful and intelligent making them ideal as pets, service dogs, and the show ring.

Maine Standard Poodles has been raising AKC Standard Poodle puppies since 1990. These puppies are kitchen-raised, the noisiest room in the home. I have one litter a year, looking for that special dog I can put in the show ring. Parents are tested for Sebaceous Adenitis, hips, von Willebrand’s disease, PRA (progressive retinal atrophy) and their thyroid is checked. The pups are sold with an AKC limited registration with a spay/neuter clause.
I am a licensed (#F702) and inspected breeder in the State of Maine. I have been breeding dogs since April of 2000. All of my puppies are raised in my home and are not kept in cages. I do not sell to pet shops, puppy mills or to brokers. The dogs and puppies are part of my family and receive a lot of love and attention. I breed primarily Maltipoos and Morkies.
